The Motuo Nature Center

 Hospitality & Travel
 Exhibitions | Environmental Graphics

The Motuo Nature Center, jointly created by Motuo County and China National Geographic, is the first integrated visitor space. China National Geographic is one of China’s most influential science and geography magazines. Under the theme “Motuo, Of the World,” it presents Motuo’s unique natural and cultural resources through three zones: “What is Motuo,” “What does Motuo have,” and “What to do in Motuo”, highlighting its complete vertical vegetation belt and the core section of the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, and supporting local tourism and economic development.

I was responsible for the graphic design of the exhibition. This included a set of core patterns that run through the space, the main entrance wall graphic, and detailed graphics for the “Giant Trees of Motuo” and “Clouds of Motuo” zones. I also created a series of postcard illustrations based on the exhibition content, ensuring that all touchpoints, from large-scale walls to small printed pieces, followed a single, clear visual system and conveyed Motuo's character in a consistent, approachable way.
